Dwight Howard can't seem to decipher his own feelings about the Magic. Lamar Odom, as collateral from the Paul fall-out, whined his way to the Mavs, who were spurned earlier in the week by Tyson Chandler (Knicks). He was over, under and around the rim all night.

LA's Lamar Odom was also a key figure in this victory as he chipped in 11 pts and was active on the glass with 14 boards. Pau Gasol also had a nice night with 16 points and 8 rebounds. Andrew Bynum added 9 rebounds to the tally.

Up front the Lakers have Pau Gasol who at 7 ft has the length and athleticism to hold his own. Lamar Odom, who is willing to do the dirty work. Another 7 footer, Andrew Bynum is athletic like Gasol and can play underneath and away from the basket. The test is whether Gasol and Bynum can match the physicality of Howard, Turkoglu, and Lewis. It should be interesting. Because the Magic's bigs will have to stay with Bynum, Gasol and somewhat Odom when the Lakers have the ball.
